Request a Repeat Prescription Online We are happy to respond to email requests for repeat
prescriptions but we will only provide prescriptions for medicines that are on
your repeat prescription request form and have not been flagged for patient
review.
To request a repeat prescription via email you must fill
out the form below. We will not be accepting any requests unless received on the
approved form.
DO NOT ATTACH requests to any email as all such requests will be returned
unopened for security reasons.
If you have requested an item to which you are not
entitled then we will reply to you by email asking you to contact the surgery in
the normal way.
We aim to have your prescription ready for collection in
48 hours Monday to
Friday.
