Appointment Cancellations
We realise that sometimes there is a need to cancel an appointment,
however please can you try and give the practice as much notice as
possible as this allows us to try and offer the appointment to somebody
else.
DNA
A 'DNA' (Did Not Attend) is when somebody does not turn up to an
appointment they have made, be it routine or booked on the day. We
accept that very occasionally there is a genuine reason for somebody not
turning up. However if a patient has 3 unexplained DNAs within a year we
will withdraw them from our practice list.
